About the Products

Q: Is the color of the item the same as the picture shows?

A: It almost the same. The real color of the item may be slightly different from the pictures shown on website caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness.

 

Q: What kind of thread do you use for the bracelet?

A: Most of the bracelets are made of high-quality rubber thread. It’s stretchable. We make them with four lines for each bracelet which enable it’s strong enough. Some of the hand-woven bracelets are made of high-quality Taiwan jade line. If you have any request about the thread, you can email us to let us know.

 

Q: Are the bracelets made of real crystals?

A: Most of the bracelets are hand-made with natural stones. Some of them are made of manmade crystals. If you are not sure about the material of the bracelet you want to buy, you can contact us to ask.

 

Q: Is the sterling silver real one?

A: All the zodiac pendants and accessories in our store are real 925 sterling silver or 999 sterling silver. They are not silver plated.

 

Q: What’s the length of the bracelet? Can you make one according to my wrist length?

A: The bracelets for female in our store is about 6.7 inches (about 17cm). For male bracelets, the length is about 7.4 inches (19cm). If you don’t contact us, we will send the bracelets of the normal size. If you want it bigger or smaller than 17cm or 18cm, you need to email us to let us know before it’s shipped. We could make the bracelets according to your wrist length.

 

Q: How to measure the wrist length?

A: To find your perfect bracelet size, you need to measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurement or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet. If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size. Add 3/4" to 1" inch to wrist size in order to make the bracelet more suitable for you.

 

Q: Your measurement is based on the length of the bracelet or wrist?

A: The measurement for our bracelet is based on the wrist not the bracelet.

 

Q: Can you customize a special bracelet for me?

A: Yes. If you have any idea about the bracelet you want, just feel free to let us know. For example, you want one made of rose quartz, amethyst, citrine, lapis lazuli and green agate to improve luck in all aspects, you can email us. We could make one for you.

 

Q: Have the items already blessed?

A: Most of the items are not blessed. You can take it to the temple to be blessed if you want it work for you more effectively.

 

About the Order

Q: I made two duplicate orders, how do I cancel one?

A: You can only pay one order and neglect the other. If you want to cancel one, email us and let us know the order number. We could help you cancel the one you don’t want.

 

Q: I made a wrong order. Can I change it after placing the order?

A: If the price is the same, you can keep the order and email us to let us know the right one you want. If the price is different, we will refund you first, then you can place a new order.

 

Q: Could I change the item, bracelet length, or zodiac sign after it’s shipped?

A: Once it’s shipped, the bracelet couldn’t be changed in most time. But if it’s within 2 days after it’s shipped, you can email us to change it. You need to pay additional 3 US Dollars for this change as we need to let the courier return back the package and send one again to you.

 

Q: I fill the wrong address. How do I change it?

A: You’d better email us the right address before it’s shipped. We will ship according the right one you provide. But if it’s already shipped after two days, the address couldn’t be changed any more. You could only contact the courier in your country to change it when it arrives in your country.

 

About Payment

Q: I don’t have PayPal account. How do I pay?

A: If you don't have a PayPal account, you can use Credit Card or Debit Card to pay through PayPal. You can find the ‘Pay with Credit or Debit Card’ button just under the Log In button to pay.

 

Q: I meet problems when I tried to pay through my credit card. What should I do?

A: If you meet this problem, you can email us. We could email you a PayPal payment request. You can finish payment though the link in mail to finish payment. We’ll change the order status to ‘be paid’ after we receive the payment.

 

Q: I don’t have credit card. Can I order and pay in cash upon delivery?

A: No, you need to pay first. We don’t support cash upon delivery.

 

About Shipping and Delivery Time

Q: Do I need to pay shipping fee for my order?

A: No. We offer FREE shipping on all orders! But if your order has been shipped and is returned back due to the address problem caused by you. You need to pay additional shipping fee for sending it again to you.

 

Q: How long does it take for it to be shipped after I made the order?

A: As most of the jewelries are hand-made, we need some time to make them once you make the order. We ship within 5 days of payment, usually sooner (in most case within 2 days). We ship Monday – Sunday excluding holidays such as Chinese Spring Festival (7 days holiday from Chinese lunar date of Dec. 31 - Jan. 6). We postpone the dispatch time as China Post stops service during holidays. 

 

Q: What’s the shipping method for my order?

A: Most of sellers use cheap service like China Post ordinary small packet plus which is slow, couldn’t be tracked and easy to be lost to send orders less than 15USD. We don't use this service for all orders. We cooperate with 4PX Express (“4PX”) which was conceived in 2004 and is China’s #1 cross-border e-commerce solutions provider. We send packages through 4PX by using China Post registered air mail, e-Packet and some 4PX special lines to some countries. All of them can be tracked. If you want to get it within two weeks, we can use Expedited Service China post EMS to send. But you need to pay additional shipping costs for it.

Q: What’s the estimated delivery time?

A: In most time, it takes about 15 days for it to reach countries near China. To western countries, it usually takes 20 - 40 days to reach. Following are estimated delivery time to most of the countries:

US, Canada: 20 – 40 Days

Australia, India: 12 - 20 Days

Ireland, New Zealand: 20 – 35 Days

Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Norway, UAE, Brunei, Switzerland: 10 - 20 Days

UK, Germany: 12 – 18 Days

 

About Import Duties and Taxes

Q: Is there any customs tax?

A: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We usually will declare the minimum value for you to avoid customs tax. But due to different policies in different countries, there might be customs tax that you be paid by you. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

 

About Tracking

Q: How can I track my parcel?

A: You can find the tracking number after login. If you don’t know the tracking number, contact us. You can track your parcel from one of the following free package tracking sites?

Q: It’s already shipped for two days, why there is no tracking information for tracking number?

A: We ship from Xi’an to Shenzhen first. The express company (4PX Express) we cooperate will process it after they get it three days later. The tracking number will work after 4-5 days. You’d better track it after a week after it’s shipped.

 

Q: It’s already shipped for 7 days. Why there is no tracking information?

A: Some of the packages such as those sent by 4PX Small Packet Registered Mail couldn’t be tracked in some free package tracking sites. Tracking service is only available in seller’s system. You can email us to help you track it.

 

About Exchange/Refund Policy

Q: What to do if I receive the wrong item?

A: Please contact us immediately once you find the item you receive is different with the one you ordered. You need to provide the photo of the item of the wrong item. Once we confirm it’s a wrong one, you can choose to get refund or wait for more days to get the right one. A refund will be given within 2 days.

 

Q: I don’t receive the item in a month, will you refund me?

A: For international packages, it usually takes about a month for it to reach. But due to some unexpected reasons, it may be delayed for some days. If you don’t receive it within a month, better email us first instead of submit chargeback request through PayPal. It will cause great trouble for us. We will help you check its status and give you an estimated delivery time once we receive you email. We guarantee refund if you don’t receive it within two months.

 

Q: What to do if I don’t get the item because I provide the wrong address?

A: If you don’t get the item due to the wrong address, we can send it again to you after we get the item returned back. But you need to pay additional shipping costs for it. If you require refund, we will not refund shipping costs to you.

 

Q: What to do if the parcel is returned back to you because I don’t pick it up in time?

A: Sometimes, the parcel we send you arrives in your country and you don’t get it in time. So, it’s returned back to us. We could send one again to you once we receive the returned package. But you need to pay additional shipping costs for sending again to you. If you require refund, we will not refund shipping costs to you.
